Returns for Store Credit Only
- 15-Day Window: Returns must be pre-approved and received back by us within 15 days of your original delivery date.
- Prior Approval Required: You must contact Us for approval before mailing your item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please click the Contact link located at the bottom of our website.
- Store Credit: All eligible returns will be issued in the form of store credit only. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
Item Condition Requirements
To be reliable for store credit, items must be returned in their original condition. Items must be:
- New with all tags still attached
- Unwashed and unworn
- Completely undamaged (free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, or pet hair)
Final Sale Items
- All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Note: If you used a promotional discount code on a regular priced item, that item is still eligible for a return. Only items marked down in our sales section are FINAL Sale.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- No Changes After Checkout: To ensure our 1-4 day shipping timeline, our fulfillment process begins immediately. Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once checkout is complete. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before submitting your order!
